Quickly Manage Camera Roll with Familiar Gestures

Previously we’ve published an article showing you how to bulk delete photos on iPad, and I’m pretty sure that all of you know exactly how to delete picture from iPad/iPhone. We all do. However, don’t you think it feels a bit tedious to just remove the images from iPhone in a standard and traditional way like everybody does? Why not make it a little more fun? In this article we’ll show you how to quickly manage Camera Roll and delete iPhone photos with familiar gestures.

Option 1: Use An App Called Cleen – View and Delete iPhone Photos Quickly

Cleen allows you to get access to Camera Roll or all Photos’ albums. You can swipe through the photos in different directions, which will categorize the picture as Trash, to be kept for later, or a Favorite.

Step 1: Download the app onto iPhone/iPad.

Step 2: Launch the application, and allow this program to access to your Photos.

Step 3: On the welcome screen, you will see the swiping actions that you can use including : swipe up is to set photo as favorite, swipe left is to kept for later and swipe down is to delete the photo.

Step 4: Now touch Get Started and you will see a pop-up about Notifications. Choose the option named “Don’t Allow”.

Step 5: After that, you will see all albums from your Camera Roll and other albums you’ve created.

Step 6: Open one of the albums, now you can use your index finger to swipe and sort the photos. And you can undo any action by dragging a picture out of Favorite or Delete

  • Swipe to the left: Basically does nothing
  • Swipe up: Put the photo in a Favorite folder
  • Swipe down: Put the Photo in the trash but not be deleted yet

Step 7: When you are ready to delete all the photos in Trash, touch the trash icon to delete them completely.

Note: If you don’t want to preview the photos individually, you can use a faster solution to remove large groups of photos. By selecting the Photos view instead of Albums, you can view and delete all the photos in a moment.
